On the day of a live event, there are so many moving parts and the hope is that everything goes exactly to plan. We all know that’s not likely to happen without a little bit of help. With a Pier 19 Creatives event coordinator, you can pass the stress of dealing with vendors onto us. We’ll meet with you before your event to review your itinerary and event requirements. On the day of your event, we’ll be the first one there and the last to leave. We will receive your vendors, help set up your space, keep things on schedule, and clear out the space afterwards. You can trust us to take care of the details so you can enjoy your event.
Rates
Hourly: $100
Half Day (6 hours): $500
Full Day (12 hours): $1,000
